Turkey and Mozzarella Sandwiches


  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh sage
  • 1 lb. sliced reduced sodium turkey breast
  • 8 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 8 leaves radicchio
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 6 oz. sliced fresh Mozzarella cheese


  • 1. Combine honey, mustard and sage in medium saucepan. Add turkey. Heat on medium until turkey is warmed through, stirring frequently.
  • 2. Evenly divide and layer 4 slices of bread with radicchio, tomatoes, turkey mixture and cheese.
  • 3. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
