Turkey and Mozzarella Sandwiches
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
1 tsp. chopped fresh sage
1 lb. sliced reduced sodium turkey breast
8 slices whole grain bread, toasted
8 leaves radicchio
8 slices tomato
6 oz. sliced fresh Mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Combine honey, mustard and sage in medium saucepan. Add turkey. Heat on medium until turkey is warmed through, stirring frequently.
2. Evenly divide and layer 4 slices of bread with radicchio, tomatoes, turkey mixture and cheese.
3. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
