Grilled Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches


  • 8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 1 lb. sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices (1 oz. each) white Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked drained bacon
  • 4 oz. prepared creamy coleslaw


  • 1. Evenly divide and layer 4 slices of bread with tomatoes, roast beef, cheese, bacon and coleslaw.
  • 2. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
