Ingredients
8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
8 slices tomato
1 lb. sliced roast beef
8 slices (1 oz. each) white Cheddar cheese
8 slices cooked drained bacon
4 oz. prepared creamy coleslaw
Directions
1. Evenly divide and layer 4 slices of bread with tomatoes, roast beef, cheese, bacon and coleslaw.
2. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
