Ingredients
8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
4 oz. horseradish mayonnaise
2 oz. mixed greens
8 slices tomato
8 oz. cooked sliced bacon
4 oz. peeled sliced avocado
8 oz. cooked peeled shrimp (16 to 22 ct.)
Directions
1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with mayonnaise.
2. Evenly divide and layer 4 slices with mixed greens, tomatoes, bacon, avocado and shrimp.
3. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
