Pulled Chicken Sandwich with Bacon Aioli
Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cooked crumbled bacon
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
4 sesame seeds buns, horizontally cut in half, toasted
1-1/2 cups arugula
8 slices tomato
8 oz. heated smoked pulled chicken
1/4 cup caramelized onions
Directions
1. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in bacon and garlic. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Spread cut side of each roll with mayonnaise mixture.
3. Evenly divide and layer bottom of each roll with arugula, tomatoes, pulled chicken and onions. Cover with top of roll and serve.
