Pulled Chicken Sandwich with Bacon Aioli


  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
  • 4 sesame seeds buns, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 1-1/2 cups arugula
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 8 oz. heated smoked pulled chicken
  • 1/4 cup caramelized onions


  • 1. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in bacon and garlic. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 2. Spread cut side of each roll with mayonnaise mixture.
  • 3. Evenly divide and layer bottom of each roll with arugula, tomatoes, pulled chicken and onions. Cover with top of roll and serve.
