Ingredients
4 Kaiser rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
4 oz. BBQ sauce
1 oz. fresh spinach
8 thin slices beefsteak tomatoes
1 lb. heated pulled pork with sauce
4 oz. roasted poblano peppers, halved
4 slices (1 oz. each) Pepper Jack cheese
Directions
1. Spread each cut surface of roll with BBQ sauce.
2. Evenly divide and layer bottom half of each roll with spinach, tomatoes, pulled pork, peppers and cheese.
3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
