Spicy Pulled Pork Sandwiches


  • 4 Kaiser rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 4 oz. BBQ sauce
  • 1 oz. fresh spinach
  • 8 thin slices beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 lb. heated pulled pork with sauce
  • 4 oz. roasted poblano peppers, halved
  • 4 slices (1 oz. each) Pepper Jack cheese


  • 1. Spread each cut surface of roll with BBQ sauce.
  • 2. Evenly divide and layer bottom half of each roll with spinach, tomatoes, pulled pork, peppers and cheese.
  • 3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
