Goat Cheese Pepperoni and Asparagus Pizza


  • One (8-inch) prepared pizza crust
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 5 oz. cooked cubed fingerling potatoes
  • 4 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 2 oz. shaved red onions
  • 8 oz. grilled asparagus spears, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 6 oz. shredded whole milk Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz. crumbled soft goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. dried basil


  • 1. Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Spread combined oil and garlic over top of pizza crust.
  • 2. Evenly layer potatoes, pepperoni and onions over crust. Top with asparagus and combined cheeses. Sprinkle with basil. Place on half sheet pan.
  • 3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until ingredients are heated through and cheese is melted. Cut into quarters and serve 1 piece per plate.
