One 3 oz. prepared pizza dough, rolled to 1/4-inch thickness
2 oz. marinara sauce
1 oz. grated goat cheese
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 oz. caramelized Spanish onions
1/2 oz. thinly sliced pancetta
Directions
1. Preheat convection oven to 425°F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Place pizza dough on prepared pan. Spread with marinara sauce, leaving 1/2-inch border. Top with cheeses, onions and pancetta.
3. Bake pizza 13 to 15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned on the bottom and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges to serve.
