Ingredients
4 oz. chopped sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 oz. shredded lettuce
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1 lb. thinly sliced Black Forest Ham
1 lb. thinly sliced heated pot roast
Directions
1. Combine tomatoes, onions and lettuce. Toss with vinaigrette. Divide mixture evenly down center of each tortilla.
2. Top evenly with ham and pot roast. Fold in two sides of tortilla; roll up tightly from bottom. Cut diagonally in half and serve.
