One 3 oz. prepared pizza dough, rolled to 1/4-inch thickness
2 oz. marinara sauce
1 oz. grated Fontina cheese
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 oz. sliced portabella mushrooms
1/2 oz. thinly sliced pancetta
1. Preheat convection oven to 425°F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Place pizza dough on prepared pan. Spread with marinara sauce, leaving 1/2-inch border. Top with cheeses, mushrooms and pancetta.
3. Bake pizza 13 to 15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned on the bottom and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges to serve.
