Three-Cheese Pizza with Pancetta and Mushrooms


  • One 3 oz. prepared pizza dough, rolled to 1/4-inch thickness
  • 2 oz. marinara sauce
  • 1 oz. grated Fontina cheese
  • 1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 oz. sliced portabella mushrooms
  • 1/2 oz. thinly sliced pancetta


  • 1. Preheat convection oven to 425°F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. Place pizza dough on prepared pan. Spread with marinara sauce, leaving 1/2-inch border. Top with cheeses, mushrooms and pancetta.
  • 3. Bake pizza 13 to 15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned on the bottom and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges to serve.
