Ingredients
2-1/2 oz. chopped bacon
1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
2 lb. peeled thinly sliced baking potatoes
8 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat until brown and crisp. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to low.
2. Toss potatoes with cheese and sage. Layer potatoes in pan over bacon mixture.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top and sides of potatoes are golden and crisp and center is soft but cooked through. Cut into 4 wedges and serve.
