Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup melted butter
2 large eggs
1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
Vegetable oil
Directions
1. Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl. Add combined buttermilk, melted butter and eggs. Mix just until all ingredients are combined.
2. Stir in bacon.
3. Bake in preheated waffle iron brushed with oil, according to manufacturer’s directions.
4. Divide waffles evenly between 4 plates and serve.
