Mediterranean Wrap


  • 4 oz. diced tomato
  • 2 oz. pitted diced black olives
  • 1 Tbsp. Greek Vinaigrette
  • 4 flatbread wraps
  • 2 oz. baby arugula
  • 12 oz. sliced Ham-Off-The-Bone
  • 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese


  • 1. Combine tomato, olives and vinaigrette. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 2. Divide arugula evenly down center of each wrap.
  • 3. For each wrap, place ham and cheese on oven-proof plate under heated salamander or broiler 1 to 2 minutes or until ham is heated and cheese is melted. Place over tomato mixture.
  • 4. Fold in two sides or tortilla; roll up tightly from bottom. Cut diagonally in half and serve.
