1. Combine tomato, olives and vinaigrette. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Divide arugula evenly down center of each wrap.
3. For each wrap, place ham and cheese on oven-proof plate under heated salamander or broiler 1 to 2 minutes or until ham is heated and cheese is melted. Place over tomato mixture.
4. Fold in two sides or tortilla; roll up tightly from bottom. Cut diagonally in half and serve.
