1. Combine onion, carrot, garlic and parsley. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Spread 1/2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce over cut surface of each roll.
3. Divide lettuce and sliced tomatoes evenly over bottom half of rolls.
4. Top evenly with ham and cheese. Place on oven-proof plate under heated salamander or broiler 1 to 2 minutes or until ham is heated and cheese is melted. Place over sliced tomato.
5. Divide salsa evenly over cheese. Cover with top of roll and serve.
