Ingredients
4 oz. roasted sliced portobello mushrooms
2 oz. roasted corn
2 oz. roasted diced tomatoes
1 oz. seeded diced jalapeno peppers
4 sourdough rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
2 oz. shredded romaine lettuce
4 slices tomato
12 oz. sliced Ham-Off-The-Bone
8 slices (1/2 oz. each) Cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Combine mushrooms, corn, diced tomato and jalapeno peppers. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Divide lettuce evenly over bottom half of rolls. Top with sliced tomato, ham and cheese.
3. Divide salsa evenly over cheese. Cover with top of roll and serve.
