4 sourdough rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
1/4 cup grainy mustard
2 oz. shredded romaine lettuce
4 oz. sliced cucumber
4 oz. peeled sliced avocado
12 oz. sliced Ham-Off-The-Bone
8 slices (1/2 oz. each) Swiss cheese
Directions
1. Spread 1/2 Tbsp. mustard on each cut side of roll.
2. Divide lettuce, cucumber and avocado evenly on bottom half of rolls.
3. Top evenly with ham and cheese. Place on oven-proof plate under heated salamander or broiler 1 to 2 minutes or until ham is heated and cheese is melted.
4. Cover with top of roll and serve.
