Vietnamese Ham Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Kaiser roll, horizontally cut in half
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 2 thin slices red onion
  • 4 oz. sliced deli Ham off the Bone
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. roasted garlic mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh mint

Directions

  • 1. Place cucumber, onion and ham on bottom half of roll.
  • 2. Drizzle Sesame Ginger Dressing over ham.
  • 3. Spread garlic mayonnaise on top half of roll; sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  • 4. Cover sandwich with top of roll and serve.
