8 slices country white bread, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1/4 cup grainy mustard
12 oz. sliced Black Forest Ham
16 slices (each 1/2 oz.) Cheddar cheese
1 cup prepared creamy coleslaw
Directions
1. Sauté onions, tomatoes and spinach in oil in medium skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside.
2. Spread one side of each slice of bread with 1/2 Tbsp. of the mustard. Top 4 slices evenly with ham and cheese. Place on oven-proof plate under heated salamander or broiler 1 to 2 minutes or until ham is heated and cheese is melted.
3. Top evenly with sautéed vegetables and coleslaw. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half and serve.
