Ingredients
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
5 cups canned whites beans, rinsed and drained
2 lb. diced smoked sausage
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup chicken stock
Directions
1. Sauté garlic in oil in saucepot on medium heat 1 minute.
2. Add beans, sausage, tomato sauce and stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Divide mixture evenly among 6 bowls and serve.
