Ingredients
3 cups arugula
3 cups mixed salad greens
2 cups shaved fennel
1 cup thinly sliced unpeeled cucumber
1/2 cup Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
6 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto
1/2 cup shredded Romano cheese
Directions
1. Toss arugula, greens, fennel and cucumber with dressing until coated.
2. Divide prosciutto evenly among 4 salad plates. Top with greens mixture. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
