Linguine with Sausage and Broccoli


  • 8 oz. linguine, uncooked
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 lb. broccoli, cut into florets, steamed
  • 8 oz. diced smoked sausage
  • 1 tsp. dried sage
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


  • 1. Cook linguine according to package directions to al dente; rinse and drain. Set aside.
  • 2. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil in large deep skillet on medium heat 4 minutes.
  • 3. Sir in broccoli, linguine, sausage and sage. Cook until all ingredients are heated through.
  • 4. Divide mixture evenly among 4 plates. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
