Linguine with Sausage and Broccoli
Ingredients
8 oz. linguine, uncooked
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 lb. broccoli, cut into florets, steamed
8 oz. diced smoked sausage
1 tsp. dried sage
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Cook linguine according to package directions to al dente; rinse and drain. Set aside.
2. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil in large deep skillet on medium heat 4 minutes.
3. Sir in broccoli, linguine, sausage and sage. Cook until all ingredients are heated through.
4. Divide mixture evenly among 4 plates. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
