3 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch thick pieces
Directions
1. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover on medium heat 18 to 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain; cool slightly. Slice potatoes and place in a large bowl.
2. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, onions, vinegar, parsley and horseradish. Stir into potatoes. Fold in sausage.
3. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
