1. Preheat standard oven to 350°F. Coat half hotel pan with cooking spray; set aside.
2. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water to cover 8 minutes or until fork tender; drain.
3. Cook kale and onions in butter in large skillet on medium heat 4 minutes. Stir in sausage. Cook 4 minutes.
4. Combine sausage mixture and potatoes. Place in prepared pan. Pour combined broth and vinegar over mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Divide between 6 plates and serve.
