1. Cook sausage in oil in medium saucepan on medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until light brown. Stir in peppers, onion, celery, scallions and garlic. Cook 4 minutes.
2. Stir in rice, tomatoes with liquid, broth and gumbo filé. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, 20 to 22 minutes or until rice is tender and most of liquid is absorbed. Divide mixture between 10 bowls and serve.
