Ingredients
Cooking spray
1 lb. Italian hot sausage, casings removed
1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 large egg yolk
24 mushrooms (each 2-inches in diameter), stems removed
1/3 cup dry white wine
Directions
1. Preheat standard oven to 350°F. Coat full sheet pan with cooking spray; set aside.
2. Cook sausage and oregano in heavy skillet on medium heat until sausage is fully cooked; drain.
3. Combine sausage, cheese, garlic powder, Worcestershire, cream cheese and egg until thoroughly blended.
4. Stuff mushrooms with filling. Place on prepared pan. Drizzle mushrooms with wine.
5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and filling is browned. Serve warm.
