Ingredients
8 oz. diced Polish sausage
8 oz. ground beef
1 cup cooked white OR brown rice
1/2 cup white wine
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. EACH dried sage and thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium green bell peppers, halved, seeded
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
Directions
1. Preheat grill to medium direct heat.
2. Combine all ingredients except peppers and parsley. Fill pepper halves with meat mixture.
3. Grill peppers 12 to 16 minutes or until internal temperature of meat mixture reaches 165°F.
4. Plate 2 halves per serving. Garnish with parsley and serve.
