Market Fresh-Mesquite Chicken Sandwich


  • 2 slices honey wheat bread
  • 1 piece green leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 4 oz. sliced deli mesquite chicken breast
  • 2 thin red onion rings
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Golden Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette


  • 1. Place lettuce and tomato on one slice of bread.
  • 2. Top with chicken, onion and cheese.
  • 3. Drizzle vinaigrette over cheese. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half and serve.
