Bacon and Brie Sandwiches with Fig Jam
Ingredients
4 ciabatta rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
1/2 cup fig jam
4 oz. sliced bacon, cooked, drained
4 oz. thinly sliced Brie cheese
Directions
1. Spread cut sides of bread with jam. Divide bacon and cheese over bottom of rolls. Cover with top of rolls and serve.
