Bacon and Brie Sandwiches with Fig Jam


  • 4 ciabatta rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 4 oz. sliced bacon, cooked, drained
  • 4 oz. thinly sliced Brie cheese


  • 1. Spread cut sides of bread with jam. Divide bacon and cheese over bottom of rolls. Cover with top of rolls and serve.
