Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wrap


  • 1 large (10-inch) honey wheat wrap
  • 1 oz. shredded lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped tomato
  • 4 oz. sliced deli chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp. buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. honey mustard


  • 1. Place lettuce, tomato and chicken down center of wrap.
  • 2. Drizzle buffalo sauce and mustard over all.
  • 3. Fold in two sides of wrap; roll up tightly from bottom. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
