1. Bring broth, sriracha, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and ginger to a boil in a medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce to medium-low. Add brisket. Simmer 10 minutes.
2. Stir in bean sprouts, broccoli, carrots and pea pods. Simmer 5 minutes.
3. Divide mixture between 6 plates. Garnish with basil, cilantro and mint; serve.
