Ingredients
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 oz. thinly sliced red onion
4 oz. heated sliced ham
2 oz. cooked andouille sausage
1 oz. canned roasted red peppers, drained, cut into strips
2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Monterey Jack Cheese
1 oz. shredded romaine lettuce
1 sourdough roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
Directions
1. Caramelize onion in oil in small skillet on medium heat.
2. Layer ham, sausage, red pepper and cheese on quarter sheet pan. Place under salamander or broiler about 1 minute or just until cheese is melted.
3. Layer lettuce and onions on bottom of roll. Top with ham mixture. Cover with top of roll and serve.
