Ham and Cheddar “Eye Opener” Sandwich


  • 2 oz. diced fresh tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 oz. shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 sourdough roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. heated sliced ham


  • 1. Combine tomatoes, Bloody Mary mix and celery salt; set aside.
  • 2. Place lettuce on bottom half of roll. Top with ham, Bloody Mary mixture and cheese. Heat under salamander or broiler 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Cover with top of roll and serve.
