Carolina BBQ Sandwich


  • 1 round crusty roll, horizontally cut in half
  • 4 oz. sliced deli chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz. drained oil and vinegar coleslaw


  • 1. Place chicken on bottom half of roll.
  • 2. Drizzle barbecue sauce over chicken. Top with cheese and coleslaw. Cover with top of roll and serve.
