Ham Provencal with Goat Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
4 oz. thinly sliced ham
1 sourdough roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
1 oz. sliced tomato
1 oz. fresh arugula
1 oz. crumbled soft goat cheese
1 oz. thinly sliced roasted red pepper
Directions
1. Place ham on bottom half of roll. Top with tomato and arugula.
2. Layer roasted peppers and goat cheese on top half of roll. Heat under salamander or broiler 1 minute or until cheese is very soft.
3. Place top half of roll over arugula and serve.
