Ingredients
1 loaf (16 oz.) fresh Italian bread, horizontally cut in half
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dried basil
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
8 oil-cured black olives, drained, pitted, chopped
8 pitted green olives, drained, chopped
4 oz. thinly sliced ham
4 oz. thinly sliced salami
8 oz. sliced Provolone cheese
4 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Drizzle cut sides of bread with olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, basil and oregano.
2. Evenly layer bottom half of bread with olives, ham, salami and cheeses.
3. Cover with top of bread. Cut into 4 pieces and serve.
