French Market Sandwich


  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 10 plain croissants, horizontally cut in half
  • 10 slices deli ham
  • 10 slices Swiss cheese


  • 1. Combine butter, mustard, onions, poppy seeds and curry powder. Spread evenly over cut sides of croissants.
  • 2. Evenly layer bottom half with ham and cheese. Cover with top. Wrap each in foil. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 3. When ready to serve, preheat convection oven to 325°F. Bake sandwiches 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Unwrap and serve.
