1. Combine butter, mustard, onions, poppy seeds and curry powder. Spread evenly over cut sides of croissants.
2. Evenly layer bottom half with ham and cheese. Cover with top. Wrap each in foil. Refrigerate until ready to use.
3. When ready to serve, preheat convection oven to 325°F. Bake sandwiches 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Unwrap and serve.
