Bistro Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. shredded lettuce
  • 4 oz. deli turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 2 thin slices red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped tomato
  • 1 oz. jalapeno bacon strips, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Dressing

Directions

  • 1. Place lettuce in individual salad bowl.
  • 2. Top with turkey, onion, tomato, bacon, pepper and pecans.
  • 3. Serve with dressing on the side.
