1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled, cut lengthwise into 8 slices
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
1/2 cup radish sprouts
Directions
1. Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat until brown and crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
2. Combine mayonnaise, chives and dill in a small bowl.
3. Spread one side of each slice of bread with mayonnaise mixture. Evenly layer 2 slices with bacon, avocado slices and sprouts. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half and serve.
