Salami Sandwich With Goat Cheese and Fennel
Ingredients
4 slices sourdough bread
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 oz. thinly sliced salami
2 oz. soft goat cheese, crumbled
1/2 small bulb fennel, thinly sliced
1 cup arugula
Directions
1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with mustard.
2. Evenly layer 2 slices with salami, goat cheese, fennel and arugula.
3. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
