Salami Sandwich With Goat Cheese and Fennel


  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced salami
  • 2 oz. soft goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 small bulb fennel, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula


  • 1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with mustard.
  • 2. Evenly layer 2 slices with salami, goat cheese, fennel and arugula.
  • 3. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
