2. Mix beef, onion, bread crumbs, bacon, 6 Tbsp. of the ketchup, eggs and seasonings in bowl by hand. Form into a loaf on parchment paper-lined half sheet pan. Spread remaining 2 Tbsp. ketchup over top.
3. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
4. Slice and divide evenly between 4 plates and serve.
