Sautéed Winter Greens with Bacon


  • 4 oz. diced bacon
  • 8 cups kale
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese


  • 1. Cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until brown and crisp. Stir in kale and walnuts. Sauté 8 minutes or until kale is wilted.
  • 2. Divide mixture evenly between 4 plates. Sprinkle with Blue cheese and serve.
