Sautéed Winter Greens with Bacon
Ingredients
4 oz. diced bacon
8 cups kale
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
Directions
1. Cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until brown and crisp. Stir in kale and walnuts. Sauté 8 minutes or until kale is wilted.
2. Divide mixture evenly between 4 plates. Sprinkle with Blue cheese and serve.
