Slider Trio

Ingredients

  • One 4-inch biscuit, horizontally cut in half
  • 1 oz. barbecue sauce
  • 4 oz. heated barbecued pork
  • One mini bun, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 4 oz. heated barbecued pork
  • 1 slice (1/2 oz.) Cheddar cheese
  • One small potato roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 1/2 oz. horseradish sauce
  • 4 oz. heated barbecued pork
  • 1 slice (1/2 oz.) Pepper Jack cheese

Directions

  • 1. For each sandwich, spread bottom of roll with sauce, if used. Top with pork and cheese, if used.
  • 2. Place heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
  • 3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
