Roast Beef and Cheddar Melt

Ingredients

  • 1 onion roll
  • Horseradish sauce, to taste
  • ¼ lb. Angus Roast Beef, sliced
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices thick-cut peppercorn bacon, cooked
  • ½ cup of thinly sliced onions, grilled

Directions

  • 1. Cut roll and spread horseradish inside.
  • 2. Add roast beef, cheese, bacon and onion.
  • 3. Put sandwich in broiler 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
