1. Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat until brown and crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels. Set aside
2. Combine mayonnaise, chives and dill in a bowl.
3. Halve, pit, and peel avocado; cut lengthwise into thin slices. Gently toss slices with lemon juice.
4. Spread one side of each slice of bread with herbed mayonnaise. Divide bacon, avocado and sprouts over 2 slices. Top each with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
