1 ciabatta roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
1 oz. Southwest Dressing
4 oz. heated thinly sliced beef brisket
1 oz. cooked Jalapeño Bacon
1 oz. thinly sliced avocado
2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Pepper Jack cheese
1. Spread dressing on bottom half of roll. Top with brisket, bacon, avocado and cheese.
2. Place under heated salamander or broiler 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is melted.
3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
