Smoked Chicken Caprese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 ciabatta rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 4 oz. aioli
  • 4 oz. arugula
  • 8 oz. sliced tomatoes
  • 12 oz. heated pulled smoked chicken legs
  • 8 oz. sliced fresh Mozzarella
  • 8 medium basil leaves

Directions

  • 1. Spread cut surfaces of rolls with aioli.
  • 2. Evenly divide arugula over bottom half of rolls. Top with tomatoes, chicken, Mozzarella and basil leaves.
  • 3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
