  • 8 oz. cooked diced chicken breast
  • 8 oz. diced ham
  • 8 oz. diced salami
  • 4 oz. sliced black olives
  • 4 oz. canned drained garbanzo beans
  • 4 oz. diced green peppers
  • 4 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 4 oz. Sherry Vinaigrette

Directions

  • 1. Gently toss all ingredients. Evenly divide between 4 plates and serve.
