Club Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. peeled pitted diced avocado
  • 4 oz. cooked diced bacon
  • 4 oz. diced salami
  • 4 oz. diced reduced sodium turkey
  • 4 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz. Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 4 oz. crumbled Blue cheese

Directions

  • 1. Gently toss all ingredients except cheese.
  • 2. Evenly divide between 4 plates. Top with cheese and serve.
