1. Make a shallow well in both top and bottom of baguette by removing some of the bread. Brush both sides using 2 tsp. of the olive oil.
2. Toss the arugula and tomato strips in a bowl with the remaining 1 tsp. of the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar.
3. Place Mozzarella, basil leaves, prosciutto and salami on bottom half of baguette. Top with the salad. Cover with top of baguette. Cut diagonally in half and serve.
