West Coast Salad

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. grilled radicchio
  • 6 oz. grilled peeled shrimp
  • 6 oz. peeled sliced avocado
  • 4 oz. halved cherry tomatoes
  • 8 slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 4 oz. balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

  • 1. Combine vegetables, shrimp and bacon. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 2. Toss vegetable mixture with vinaigrette. Divide evenly between 4 plates and serve.
