Italian BLT Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta bun, horizontally cut in half
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced pancetta
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced Genoa Salami
  • 1 oz. roasted tomatoes
  • 1/2 oz. arugula
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

Directions

  • 1. Cover top half of bun with pancetta, salami and roast tomatoes.
  • 2. Place arugula on bottom half of bun.
  • 3. Combine mayonnaise and thyme. Drizzle mayonnaise mixture over arugula.
  • 5. Close sandwich. Cut in half to serve.
